Delivery Policy

Hotels Rooms & Suits are always subject to availability. The Hotel PMS system is connected to online for actual room availability. The Hotel is 24/7 open for guest rooms stay. The hotel Food & beverage services are open for guest from 6.30 to 11.30.

Block Rooms

The rooms can be blocking 6 months prior with a condition of 30 days prior release period.

Release Policy

If the guest releases the rooms before 30 days no charges will be applicable.
If the guest releases the rooms 29 days to 7 days the 50% charge will be applicable
If the guest releases the rooms 6 days the day of the check in 100% charges will be applicable.
