General Terms & Conditions

All reservations should receive a confirmation with a number and upon check in time need to provide the confirmation number.

Check In/Check Out

• Check in is at 1400 hours. Rooms required before 1400 hours on the day of arrival on confirmed basis must be pre–blocked and are subject to additional charges.
• Check-out is at 1200 hours all early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability if not blocked at the time of making reservation and need to be confirmed by contacting the Front Desk directly.

Children Policy

• One child below 6 years is accommodated free of charge, sharing the room with parents without extra bed.
• 6-12 years, 50% discount would be applicable from the adult rates.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

Cancellation policy is 24 hours, up to 1600 hours on the day before arrival date, otherwise a cancellation amount of 1 night’s stay will be charged to the Guest. In the event of No-Show by the guest, a No-Show charge of 1 night’s stay will be charged to the Guest. The exception is only for “force majeure” whereby the guest could not fulfill his reservation obligation.

Extra Bed Rates

Extra bed will be charged at OMR 10.000 but exclusive of Tourism Tax of 9% and VAT 5%, & 8% service charge Total 22%, (subject to change).

Payment

All payments must be settled in cash or by credit card upon check-in if the company doesn’t have credit facilities. To apply for credit facilities please check the Credit Policy below. All payments should be settled in Omani Rials.

Airport Transfer

Airport Pick and Drop will be chargeable and need to send the guest details along with the flight details.
